UPDATE: It is HILARIOUS that I thought my broadcasts would be 5-7 minutes! That was my goal for the nightly foam rolling commitment I made at the time! Some of my coaching streams have gone way longer!
You may have heard the big news- I'm pain-free and out of bed! SQUEEEEEE!!!! :)
I'm not taking this for granted. My stenosis is 'moderate to severe' and the pain could return at any time. I don't have the luxury of ignoring my diagnosis, ever. So I have to be extra-diligent about #allthethings. To infinity and beyond.
If you have a hard time getting the strength done, if you need a little inspiration, or if the idea of MKTV is REALLY appealing (Bless your HEART!) Then download the Twitch app and follow CoachMK by clicking the heart in the upper right hand corner of my page. You can get push notifications when I start a new broadcast, and I intend to broadcast all of my rehab work, strength work, and nightly foam rolling. If Violet is being really cute I may broadcast that, too (#MOARVIOLET).
Each broadcast will be really short, 2-7 minutes, and when I think of something cool I've never pointed out before, I'll drop what I'm doing and stream it. Like I did this morning when I rubbed my forearm and got excited about something I HAD to share! It's 6 minutes long, and worth watching, if only for the surprise near the end.
Last fun thing about twitch- you can chat with me live if you catch the broadcast as it's happening. Can be a fun way to break up your day! Broadcasts will only be up for 14 days because that's how Twitch works, but I will be exporting and saving all of my old broadcasts to my YouTube Channel.
