It's Go Time! The REALLY BIG idea that has kept me up at night for 2 years is finally ready for beta testing.
RUNNER, Interrupted is a comprehensive multi-pronged support system that is right for you if your running journey is currently interrupted for any reason, from injury to pregnancy to life circumstances that are beyond your control but are still your responsibility.
RUNNER, Interrupted will be included in basic suite of products subscribers can access. If you are a current subscriber you will not be charged any additional fees to participate in the Runner, Interrupted beta. While this program is in beta form, it will only be accessible to the beta testers.
To be clear, a $30 monthly subscription to Fitness Protection grants you access to Maintain, ReBuild, and Runner Interrupted as well as our free marathon training plans, and you can move back and forth between our programs easily. Life doesn't always synch neatly with a calendar, you deserve a program that can meet you where you are whenever you show up. Trust- when you are injured you are NOT tapping out of work, you are just showing up for different work. Our Guided DIY approach gives you everything you need to succeed throughout every phase of your running journey, especially those times when your journey has been interrupted and you are doing the hardest work a runner will ever do.
